D3 is EVERYTHING you want your young lady to be: Delightful, Dedicated, Distinguished, and Determined. The Academy has been developed and designed specifically for young ladies by introducing them to self awareness, self confidence, and self worth. The curriculum is tailored to meet the needs of girls ages 6-18 and includes etiquette, communication, family and peer interaction, social development, and a sisterhood. Our goal is to build and reinforce the things that all young ladies need to be successful. The Delightful.Articulate.Respectful.Loyal.Intelligent.Noble.Gracious little ladies, ages 6-11, are given the foundation and introduction to becoming a little lady of The Academy. Age appropriate courses are offered to ensure complete understanding of the curriculum with sessions focused on Etiquette, Communication, and Peer & Family Interaction. Principles and values are developed to ensure successful matriculation into becoming a D.O.L.L. The Distinguished.Opulent.Lovely.Luminous young ladies, ages 12-18 are given essential tools to build and reinforce their values and self awareness, while being introduced to The Academy. Formal classroom instruction along with a monthly book club, featuring a novel concerning the months topics, assist the ladies in identifying real world examples of what is taught in the classroom setting. Our Life Experience Coach, teaches practical application after each bi-weekly lesson to help the young ladies apply what they are learning to everyday life. Devine.Influential.Virtuous.Admirable.Self-sufficient women are the mentors and Big Sisters of the program. Coming from all walks of life, they have volunteered their time and talents to work with, and guide the young ladies of The Academy. While the main objective of a D.I.V.A is to have an impact on your young lady's life, they are also apart of a sisterhood which promotes family, emotional and spiritual growth."Inspiring young ladies is our passion, Impacting their lives is our goal."
