Driven.Evolving.Viable.Expounding.Leadership.Observing.Progression is our distinct mentoring program designed for young ladies ages 6-18 tailored specifically to introduce them to self management, self awareness, responsible decision making, relationship skills, and social awareness.
This portion of the program includes rap sessions with an open forum hosted by The Academy Administration and Staff, as well as guest speakers. Keeping in the spirit of sisterhood and bonding, a variety of activities that promote positive relationships between the participants and D.I.V.A.S. will be scheduled outside of Academy activities and Community Events.
D.E.V.E.L.O.P. runs concurrent with D3 The Academy and serves as additional support throughout the semester. There is a need to consistently enforce positive insight and assist in providing solutions to challenges faced daily in our young ladies lives. Additionally, D.E.V.E.L.O.P. will allow students to interact with peers from various walks of life and The D.I.V.A.S. who will serve as mentors. Our goal is to empower , encourage, and strengthen their lives and the lives of others they meet and interact with.
